In office hours are as follows: 10AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time Monday to Thursday and 10AM to 4PM on Friday. Not open on weekends or holidays, but following holiday business will resume to normal schedule unless otherwise posted.

The average order processing and shipping times are:

Overall Delivery Time: 4-9 business days
Orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day.
Orders received after 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday or any time Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, as long as it is not a holiday.
Orders will not be shipped on holidays.

SHIPPING
If using PayPal or check, once it has been received/cleared your order will be processed within 3 days. *Remember that this is business days, which means holidays and weekends excluded. If you need special shipping arrangement this will need to be discussed over the phone and prices may change. We only ship inside the United States.

Damaged shipping from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items or cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Keep the box until a UPS claim is filed. UPS may require to view the box. All discrepancies must be reported immediately. If you notice concealed damage after driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty where it applies. Warranty does not cover shipping and handling.

*INTERNATIONAL, U.S. TERRITORIES AND APO/FPO US MILITARY ADDRESSES

We can ship to street address.
We no longer ship to APO/FPO US Military addresses.

Because of the frequent changes in APO/FPO numbers many packages have been returned. If you wish to purchase a product for a loved one in the service we can send the product to a physical address, then you may send your item through USPS. You will therefore need to fill out USPS - Customs Form 2976 A using the APO/FPO Version (Military Addresses). You can get this form at your local Post Office or go online at https://webapps.usps.com/customsforms/ to fill it out. If you are new to this process I suggest taking 30 extra minutes and going to your local post office where they can help you fill it out. Again we apologize and if you have any questions or need help we would be glad to do what we can to help get our troops packages from there loved ones! Thank You

ITEMS ON BACK ORDER

At times some items may be out of stock and will be on back order status. We will process your remaining ordered items and ship the partial order. We will try our best to contact our customer by email when an ordered item is on back order, as well as, when it ships to you. When we receive your item(s) in stock, it will be shipped to your shipping address without any additional shipping charges to you. If an item has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will contact you by email and cancel that item from your order. If your credit card was charged for a discontinued item we will credit your credit card. We will attempt to contact you, through the outlets you provided us, on discovery of out of stock and on delivery of it when it is in. All orders will be fulfilled within 30 days of order or money refunded to customer.

RETURN POLICY

• Claims for shortages, breakage or manufacturer's defects or any other reason must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
• Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short.
• Initial notification of Return must be by phone conversation for verification. (This means that leaving a message on answering machine/voice mail does not count.)
• Return may be subject to a restocking fee.

Orders may be canceled free of any charges providing canceling is received prior to shipment.

The item must be returned in "same as new" condition. In other words we must be able to sell the item as new. If the item has been scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise un-saleable we can't accept a return on the item. No item will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping cost are non refundable.


To return an item, follow steps below:

1. Print the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided on the packing slip.
2. Signature of the owner of the credit card must be on packing slip.
3. Include the packing slip with the RAN in your return package (make a copy for your records).
4. To receive a refund on a returned product, the returned product must be in like-new condition with all packaging materials included and intact. We will not issue a refund if a product has been used.
5. Address the package as described below....
6. Your credit card account will be adjusted within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting your product, as long as it is within the proper return policy procedure. However, credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles.

8. SomeBags.com™ reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee which may be applied to merchandise that is returned to our store in certain instances e.g. with special order items, items that are discontinued.
